A troll, by any other name, is still an unethical parasite. This willingness to push boundries between what is legal and what is not is what makes them unethical people. In order to make a better world, the law has to recognize as unreasonable this willingness to harass under the aegis of free speech/religion, and declare it anathema to the healthy fabric of a reasonable society.
