Contact whomever it is that runs your local NAMI chapter to be sure what resources are available. Sometimes resources aren't cleary listed, given how their site is structured.

Did you click on the link for your local group specifically? If they have a newsletter available, sign up for it so you can have regular updates on when new resources come available.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use resources outside your area though, if no support groups are immediately available nearby.
