I like the texture Sher-Gil put into her work. It gives off a slightly more intimate vibe than that of Kahlo. Don't get me wrong. I like Frida's work, but there's a slight lack of warmth to a lot of her works I've seen, despite the vibrant colors and refined style. Sher-Gil's stuff just seems more inviting when contrasted like this.
