If anyone doubts Trump is a traitor, Article 2, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution lays it out in plain English what are part of the responsibilities of the President - "he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."

And since the Oath of Presidential Office, laid out, again in plain English in Article 2, Section 1, requires and demands preservation, protection and defense of the same by the oath taker, Trump clearly violated both tenets when he tried to disrupt the lawful vote certification of the 2020 Election.

He clearly has no respect for the rule of law. And his violation of his oath clearly disqualifies him from ever holding office again.
