It's a good example of surrealist art, no question.

I don't know if this is significant, but I find it interesting that the thumb on the glove hangs straight down but the shadow of the thumb shows it bent. Perhaps there is another bit of sexual connotation in this...? Reality is uninspiring but the illusion of reality is more enticing...? Just a thought.
