I've said it before and I'll say it again, sociopaths and psychopaths need to be identified as early as possible and conditioned against seeking power over others.

We talk a lot in this society about broad definitions of freedoms/rights/liberty, and a lot of people get away with some nasty shit as a consequence. Doing harm to others can not be tolerated under that umbrella any longer. If that means we have to get a bit draconian when it comes to certain offenses, so be it.
