Two words nit-wit: Altered Timeline.
Guinan didn't recognize Picard because Time's Arrow never happened in the time stream they were occupying for most of Season 2. Fascist Picard wouldn't have given a shit about being an explorer and thus wouldn't have traveled to Devidia II in order to be able to go back in time to Old San Francisco. Once Q returned them to the present, Time's Arrow became a part of the time stream again, thanks to their success, with the added consequences of their brief time in the past making the current 'Picard' present a new, but similar, timeline from that of Season 1.
How can you claim to dig Trek and not understand temporal fluidity, how alterations in the timeline change significant character angles? Q was playing with Picard, so obviously he kept Picard's memory intact. The loss of Guinan as a familiar ally was part of that game. What's more, not meeting Picard in the first place left a void in her life. She hadn't had a glimpse of the future and thus would have no reason to see the present in any hopeful light. She would have just seen it as one more example of humanity repeating the process of another backslide into inequity after a period of relative progress.
Get your facts straight before you start whining like an infant about your delusions on 'woke' culture. It only makes your side of that equation look stupid.
